Jake leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Jake’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was loved and cherished by many people including family and friends that he left behind and is now reunited with his Grandparents and his Great Grandparents.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Gedon Funeral Homes & Cremation Services (320 Main St, Mill Hall, PA 17751). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
