Counsil (Dale "Tuffy") of Mill Hall; her siblings, Ann Webner of Lock Haven, Sandy Wian (Larry) of Mackeyville, Bonnie Cucinella of North Carolina and Chuck Dauberman (Cindy) of North Carolina; and her grandsons, Alton and Cameron Counsil. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
