He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Lapp and Ruth Lapp (Simcox). He is survived by: his wife Cathy (Pizzuto); and his children, Mike Lapp, Wes Lapp of Williamsport, Jason Walker of Lock Haven, Sean Lapp and Stephanie Donley (Jimmy) of Mill Hall. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
