He is survived by: his parents, Gary R. Markert and Estella Markert (Raemsch); his wife Leah Markert of Mill Hall; his children, Gunner Vuocolo (Ashly) of North Carolina and Erin Markert of Mill Hall; and his sister Becky Tolomay (Mike) of Mill Hall.
