Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Hevner and Maude Hevner (Crossley); his wife Alice J. Redis; his son Mark "Mick" Hevner; and his siblings, Phil, Joe and Shirley.
He is survived by: his children, Glenn R. Hevner (Denise), Craig S. Hevner (Lisa) of Shintown, Barbara J. Newlen (Charles) of Renovo, Terri L. Hevner of North Bend and Crystal L. DeLaurentis; and his sister Ruby Prebble of North Bend. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
