He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet L. Gunsallus Allen and Donald Allen Trucking; and his brother Richard Allen. He is survived by: his sister Linda Laubscher of Avis; his nieces, Stacey J. Weaver and Kassy D. Hardy (Dan) of Howard; his great-nephew Trevor D. Reed (Savannah) of Howard; his great-niece Lily Donn McGarvey of Howard; and also Cade David Reed of Howard.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, August 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc. (231 High St, Lock Haven, PA 17745).
