She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John A. Cebulka and Mae A. Cebulka (Riggle); her husband Larry D. Rine; her children, Jeffrey Rine (April) of Bellefonte, Michele Long of Lock Haven and Stephen Rine of Colorado; her grandchildren, Tana, Kayleigh Rine, Christopher, Kelly and Sarah Long; and her siblings, John Cebulka (Karen) of Castanea, Marolous Cebulka (Brenda) of Ohio, Bonnie Haines (Foster) of Swissdale and Connie Ellis (Thomas) of Texas.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc. (231 High St, Lock Haven, PA 17745). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (310 W Water St, Lock Haven, PA 17745). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery.

Memorial contributions in Yvonne's name may be made to Millbrook Playhouse, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Holy Spirit Parish through the funeral home.
