He is survived by : his wife Shelia Eicher Porterfield; his children, Toni Whartenby (Kevin) of Moon Twp and Andy Porterfield (Kensie) of Latrobe; his grandchildren, Ella, Patrick, Peter, Izzy, Ilana, Peyton, Arianna Whartenby, DeLaney and Hayden Porterfield; his brothers, Jeff Porterfield (Marie) of Painesville and Ron Porterfield (Nancy) of Normalville; and his pet Wilby.
