She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kenneth and Bertha Marie Shipley; her husband Wilmer Dayton Nicholson; her sons, Orlando, Milton and Ervin; and her granddaughters, Kari Nicholson and Willow Shultz.
She is survived by: her children, Malcolm (Karen) of White, PA, Lewis (Brenda) of Mill Run, PA, Cheryl of Hollow Rock, TN, Scott (Mia) of Scottdale, PA, Henry (Maureen) of Crossno, PA, Becky of Camden, TN and Adrian (Megan) of Normalville, PA; her sisters, Patricia Miller and Sandra Shipley; and her grandchildren, Dawn Nicholson (Rich), Zachary Nicholson (Kelli), Tyler Nicholson (Camila), Trevor Nicholson, Adam Shultz (Melanie), Seth Nicholson, Nathan Shultz, Skylin Nicholson, Cheyenne McNelis (Terry), Nikkiann Nicholson, Samantha Nicholson, Dayton Nicholson, Jacob Rosenberger, Brandon Nicholson, Clarissa Senft and Bentley Chaney. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vito C. Martucci Funeral Home (123 S 1st St, Connellsville, PA 15425).
