He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Rugg and Ruth Rugg. He is survived by: his wife Connie Rugg (Bryner); his children, John Rugg (Shannon) and Kim Rugg (Jim Heisterman); his grandchildren, Samantha Lemon (Josh), Shane Rugg (Jane), Tabitha Human, Zachary Rugg (Abbey), Tyler Rugg (Amanda), Ella Adams (Dennis) and Cloey Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Winslow, Noah, Blair, Calvin, Mae, Bo and Emilia.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vito C. Martucci Funeral Home (123 S 1st St, Connellsville, PA 15425).
John Wessley Rugg, 78, of Mill Run, PA, passed peacefully from this world to heaven after a lengthy battle with Parkinson's disease.
