He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Smith and Fern Bonawitz Smith; and his sister Evelyn Miller. He is survived by: his wife Paulette M. Sturm Smith; his son Bradley (Vicky); and his grandchildren, Amelia Smith-Tine, Nicholas, Maximus and Vivienna Smith. He is also survived by 8 in laws, 7 nephews and 3 nieces.
