He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hoffman (Harner); his sons, Steve Hoffman of Elizabethville and Brad Hoffman of Elizabethville; his grandchildren, Mike Nacey of Pittsburgh and Shana Geyer of Halifax; and his siblings, Lynn, George, Tom, Dale and Margerie Sweigard.
