She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Stiely and Lillian Stiely (Williard); and her brother Terry Stiely. She is survived by: her husband Leonard L. "Buzzy" Shaffer; her children, Richard Shaffer (Vicki), Denise Ney (Steve), Valerie Gilbert (Patrick) and Jason Shaffer (Lisa); her grandchildren, Kyle, Kip, Bridgit, Brody, Bronson, Tori, Nolan, Rogen and Kamden; her great grandchildren, Lily, Rydan, Brooks, Evelyn and Stetson; her sisters, Peggy Brosious and Doris Witmer (Kenneth); and her sister-in-law Marcelle Stiely.
