It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arthur R. Hunker of Millerstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 28, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Hunker and Leona Hunker (Shipp); his wife Erika (Hecker); his siblings, James Hunker and Margaret McIntire; and his nephew Jimmy Hunker.

He is survived by: his son Arthur R. "Joe" Hunker Jr. (Teresa) of Millerstown; his grandsons, Barak Hunker (Sara) and Zachary Hunker (Sam); his great grandchild Beckett Hunker; and his sister Jacqueline Faye Swartz (Harry).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mr. Hunker's memory can be made to the Perry County Veterans Affairs Office, 25 W. Main Street, New Bloomfield PA 17068.
