He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lee Feltman; his siblings, Tina V. Jacobs and Dale Feltman; and his parents-in-law, Samuel and Faye Maneval.
He is survived by: his mother Edna Feltman (Shellenberger) of Mifflin; his wife Barbara K. Feltman (Maneval); his sons, Shawn Feltman (Londa) of Thompsontown and Seth Feltman (Brandy) of McAlisterville; his grandchildren, Adalyn M. Feltman, Clara F. Feltman and Zeah E. Farley; his great grandchildren, Kason J. Farley and Annalaine J. Farley; and his siblings-in-law, David Jacobs of Thompsontown and Betsy Feltman of Middleburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
