He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Chappell and Marcia Chappell (Horning); and his son Chad Chappell. He is survived by: his son Daran Chappell (Darcie); his grandchildren, Madelyn and Rylin; and his siblings, David Chappell (Patricia), Danny Chappell and LuAnn Wheeler (Robert). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
