He is survived by: his children, Melanie Butler (Larry) of Herndon, Virginia and Michael Smith (Madonna) of Corvallis; and his grandchildren, Drew Smith Butler, Maddie Smith, Devin Smith (Hannah), Erin Smith and Gavin Smith.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:30 PM at 200 Rachel Dr, Bellefonte, PA 16823.
