Philip Starr Obituary

We announce the death of Philip Starr of Millheim, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 15, 2026, at the age of 69. Philip will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Faust and Mary Faust (Dobson); and his siblings, Dennis C. Starr, Sr., Thelma Leedy, Frances Hosterman and Donna Starr.

He is survived by: his wife Diane Tibbens; his children, Trisha Conway of Aaronsburg, John Conway of Milroy, Michael Yearick of Huntingdon and Philip Starr, Jr. of Hawaii; his grandchildren, Karen, Brandon and Ericka; and his great grandchildren, Karmen, Emily and Aleah.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview West Cemetery.
