He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Keen and Miriam E. Keen (Harter) of Madisonburg; and his daughter Ceclysta Strouse. He is survived by: his son Robert Keene, Jr. of Smullton; his grandchildren, Nathan Strouse of Bellefonte and Sara Wert of Bellefonte; his great grandchildren, Addyson and Alayna Wert of Bellefonte; and his sisters, Dorothy Fleming of Madisonburg and Beverly Hunter (Bruce) of Pleasant Gap.
