She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Bilger and Eva Bilger (Markle); her siblings, Dorothy Shively, Jenetta Shirk, Marian Bilger and Benjamin Bilger; and her sons-in-law, Marlin Kerstetter and Terry Osgood.
She is survived by : her children, Loyce Osgood of Millmont, Joyce Kerstetter of Millmont and Ballard Wertz of Millmont. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson, and two great-great-grandchildren.
