He was predeceased by: his brother David Hart; and his parents, Ralph Hart and Helen Hart of Millsboro. He is survived by: his wife Ann Dean; his daughters, Sarah Rasel (Griff Elder) and Susanna Babko (Matt); his grandchildren, Xavier, Aubrey and Norah; and his brother James Hart. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
