He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Teresa Bender; his children, John Bender and Patricia Halterlein (Jim); his grandchildren, Becka Erjavac (Brian), Jessica Lang and Adam Lang; his children, Paige, Peyton, Liam, Addi, Olivia and Mia; and his sister Rose "Babe" Leymarie.
