He was loved and cherished by many people including : his children, Philip Cochran III (Pam), William Chochran (Lynne), Georgeanne Cochran (Lee), Carol Tovcimak (Steve), Linda Lee Kaczmarec (Michael) and Cianna Morrocco (Tony); his stepchildren, Bob Tovcimak, Rachael Schaaf and Rhonda McNally (Tom); and his siblings, Carol McCreary (Ed), Norman R. Cochran (Roberta), Alice Cochran and William R. Cochran (Emma). He was also cherished by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
