He is survived by: his wife Monica Phillips (Houser); his children, Scott Phillips (Susan), Mark Phillips (Vicki), Kimberly Sheaffer (Danial), Todd Phillips (Ewing), Suzanne Yocum (Tim), Matthew Phillips and Carolynn Thanos; his grandchildren, Timothy Sheaffer, Molly Phillips, Sean Phillips, Kyler Phillips, Ryan Sheaffer, Katherine Sheaffer, Rachel Phillips, Kerry Phillips, Luke Yocum, Logan Phillips, Mae Yocum, Jake Yocum and Panos Thanos; his great grandchild Brady Phillips; and his siblings-in-law, Judge Joseph (Nancy) of Boardman, OH, Dr. William Houser (Jennifer) of Bellefontaine, OH and Mary Beth Houser (Bob McCraken) of Hilton Head, SC.
