He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Ranzel Phillips and Adalene Rebecca Phillips Eichenberger (Reed); his wife S. Virginia "Ginny" Phillips (Lewis); and his siblings, Genevieve King and Quention R. Phillips.
He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn "Cookie" Dillon (Robert) of Milroy; his grandsons, Shawn Dillon of Lewistown and Douglas Dillon (Courtney) of Port Matilda; his great grandchildren, Sophie V. Dillon and Caden R. Dillon of Port Matilda; and his sister-in-law Myrna Lewis of Milroy. He is also survived by his family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Henderson-Bohn Funeral Home (55 N Main St, Reedsville, PA 17084). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM at the same location.
