He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spickler and Mildred Spickler (Forshey); and his brothers, David Spickler and Larry Spickler. He is survived by: his girlfriend Joan McMullen; his children, Jake Rhoades of Milroy, Dan Rhoades of Milroy, David "Cricket" Rhoades (Allison) of Reedsville and Esther Purdy of Huntingdon; and his brother Charles Spickler (Sandy) of Burnham. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great- grandchildren.
