She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne E. Blauvelt and Dora Blauvelt (Swartz); and her husband Frank P. Klimek. She is survived by: her children, Edward Klimek of Milton, Andrea Klimek of Sunbury, Rhonda Cook of Milton and Annette Conter of Olean, NY. She is also survived by two grandchildren and many siblings.
