He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Higley (Dawn) of Sunbury, Debbie Fetterman (Barry) of Sunbury, Lisa Raup (Rich) of Sunbury, Melissa Diehl (David) and Tammy Helt (Chris) of Red Lion; his brother Clinton Higley; and his friend Linsey Fasold. He is also survived by many grandchildren; and many nieces, and nephews.
