It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard E. Cook (Milton, Pennsylvania), born in Sunbury, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 13, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Richard is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his spouse Beverly J. Bergerstock; and his son-in-law Frank McDevitt. He is survived by: his children, Carla Cook-Shiffer (Scott) of Milton, Patresa McDevitt of New Columbia, Corinna Rowe (LaRue Jr.) of Dewart, Wendy Zimmerman (Dane) of Mifflinburg and Richard Cook (Rhonda) of Milton; his grandchildren, Geremy Robenolt, Benjamin McDevitt, Lauren Zimmerman and Camryn Cook; and his stepgrandchildren, Sunnee DiBlasi, Karissa Green and Ashlee Green.
