He is survived by: his daughters, Hayle Caris of New Berlin and Erica Caris of Milton; his stepdaughters, Vanessa Pavlick of Pittsburgh and Felica Varndell of Halifax; his granddaughter Lennox; his brother Roger Caris of Long; and his pets, Lance and Keiko.
