He is survived by: his mother Sherry Fay (Stahl) of Watsontown; his wife Anita Whitley; his children, Christopher Milheim of Sunbury and Melinda Milheim (Kenneth Fowler) of Galeton; his brothers, David, Jr. (Brandy Fay), Skylar Milheim and Shawn (Krystal Fay); his stepfather David Fay, Sr. of Watsontown; and his grandchildren, Layla, Koda, Alivia and Mike Hamm.
