She is survived by: her sons, John Lukacz (Jane) of Slatington and Michael Lukacz (Kim) of Cressona; her grandchildren, Lauren and Rachel Lukacz; and her brother Geroge Nasados (Louise) of Fleetwood. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
