He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Rowan (Racilla); and his children, Jennifer (Denis Graeber) of Fennville, MI, Kerry (Drew Fader) of Downingtown, PA, Timothy (Krissy Klassen) of Tigard, OR and Marisa Rowan of Medford, NJ. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
