He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Koch (Kern); his children, Ryan Koch (Kyle) of Palmerton, Matthew Koch (Karen) of Palmerton and Misty Witman (Robert) of Mohnton; his grandchildren, Lorelai, Olyvia, Derrek and Jayce; his sisters, Debra Mertz (Edward) of Nazareth and Cheryl Simock (Wayne) of Melbourne, Florida; and his brother-in-law Michael Kern. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
