He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos "Jim" Kauffman and Fay "Eloise" Kauffman (Reber); his son Scott J. Kauffman; and his sisters, Lynda Love and Brenda Fuoti.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ann Kauffman (Leininger) of Shillington; his son Christopher J. Kauffman (Robin W. Kauffman) of Media, PA; his grandchildren, Ansley, Benjamin and Chase; his sister-in-law Sharon Leffler (Gregory Leffler); and his nieces, Kimberly Yoh of Wernersville and Lisa Evans of North East, MD..
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Blood Cancer United, former Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, in memory of Jeffrey R. Kauffman.
