He was predeceased by: his father Rodney Alton Muthard. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jane Muthard of Honey Brook, PA; his sister Dr. Jennifer Lee Vaughan (Brian) of Fredericksburg, VA; and his close friend Mark Ponce (Lori) of Reading, PA.
Memorial donations may be made in his name to the Tulpehocken Chapter of Trout Unlimited.
