He is survived by: his wife Sandra Salvatore (Kreitz); his children, Joseph Salvatore, Jr. of West Reading and Michelle Salvatore of Wilmington, DE; his sister Dawn Boone (David) of Kenhorst; and his sister-in-law Deborah Beissel (late Richard Beissel, Jr.) of Centre Township.
