She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent G., Sr. and Elva M. Scheiwe (Witmer); her husband Grant M. Kurtz; and her brother Vincent G. Scheiwe, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Jeff (Mary Kurtz) of Shillington, Sharon Isett of Wyomissing and Lisa (Charles DeLancey) of Mohnton; her grandchildren, Melanie (Nathaniel Sola) of Denver, Marcella Acosta of Wyomissing, Lindsey (Michael Hart) of Shillington and Brandon (Katelaine Jarmoska); her stepgrandson Michael Azzarello of Cumru Twp; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Sola, Abigail Sola, Natalie Acosta, Jacob Hart, Miles Jarmoska and Maisie Jarmoska.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Giles & Yeckley Funeral Home, Inc. (21 Chestnut St, Mohnton, PA 19540). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
