He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Cuba and Maxine Cuba. He is survived by: his wife Dorene (Urey); his sister Carol Stauffer (late Gerald); his sons, Jared and Nathan Cuba (Kristy); and his grandchildren, Kyle, Kari Cuba, Gavin, Bryson Wrightson and Elijah.
