It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Louise Kershner (Mohrsville, Pennsylvania), born in Hamburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 16, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandfather Elias; her husband George C. Kershner; her parents, William Elroy and Edna Blatt Mohn (Phillips); her daughter Ruth Ann Ramos; her brother Harold W. Mohn; and her sister-in-law Mildred Mohn.
She is survived by: her pet Harry; her son Adam Joseph Kershner; her grandson Abram Elias Ramos of Oregon; and her close friends, Amanda Alverez, Gabriela Ruth Ramos and Leanna Elizabeth Eisenhart (Andrei). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was an active member of several organizations including the Hamburg Area Historical Society, Leesport Loch House Foundation Society, Heidelberg Heritage Society, Smithsonian Institute Society, and the WWII Museum and the USO.
