He was predeceased by: his father James Robert Spencer, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Marie Trella of Monaca; his son Steven Spencer; and his siblings, LuAnn, Lori, Lynn and Johnny. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Redeemer Trinity Lutheran Church (819 Washington Ave, Monaca, PA 15061). A reception was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in Bobby's memory made to his family to defray funeral expenses would be appreciated.
