In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Brian leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his father David Clayton Harper. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Lynn Harper (Meier); his children, Bailey Tomosky (Joe), Preston Harper and Kendall Harper; his siblings, Christopher Harper (Justina) and Misty Harper; his siblings' children, Tori, Taylor, Colt of Caleb, JD and Kieran; and his close friend Kelly King.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Gabauer-Todd Funeral and Cremation Services (340 3rd St, Beaver, PA 15009). A memorial service was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
