She was predeceased by: her mother Clara Black; her close friend John Potter; and her siblings, Thomas Bowser, Mary Bowser, Mildred Harrington, Elmer Yoho, Edith Seaman, Georgeann Collins and Helen Richeal.
She is survived by: her siblings, Caroline Jean Richeal of New Brighton, George Yoho (Ermal) of Aliquippa and William Yoho (June) of New Brighton. She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews, as well as countless friends and co-workers.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Simpson Funeral and Cremation Service (1119 Washington Ave, Monaca, PA 15061). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Isabelle had requested any memorial contributions in her memory be made to the Salvation Army , 378 Jefferson Avenue, Rochester, PA 15074.
