He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Ann DeFelice (Miller); his parents, Joseph DeFelice and Mary Angeline Colonna; his son Joseph DeFelice (Tracy) of Monaca; his sister Bertha Moakley; his daughter-in-law Sharon Malovich; and his great grandchild Amora DeFelice.
He is survived by: his children, Lynne DeFelice (late Sharon) of Fallston, John DeFelice, Jr. of Monaca, Anthony DeFelice of Monaca, Michael DeFelice (Lori) of Aliquippa and Christan DeFelice of Monaca; his grandchildren, Joey, Brandyn, Daryn, Joccelyn, Mandy, Cory, John, Robert, Nicholas, Michael, Kristyn and Zachary; and his sisters, Janet Parker (late Frank) and Anita (Donald).
