She is survived by: her husband Donald A. Couch; her children, Donald A. Couch, Jr. and Kimberly A. Anderson (late Michael J.); her grandchildren, Rebecca Hay (Darren), Donald A. Couch III (Kari) and Elizabeth Sodergren (Dylan); her great grandchildren, Madison, Kaylee, Alayna and Blakely; her daughter-in-law Laurie Couch; her siblings-in-law, Robert Dietz and Barbara Couch; and her cousin Jake Bartos.
