She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond W. Sullivan and Sara'Sally'L. Sullivan (Elmer). She is survived by: her brother Ray; her brother-in-law Brian; her siblings, Mary Elizabeth, Maria, Janet L. Shumaker, Carol Babyak and Dr. David J. Sullivan (Lorie); and her sister-in-law Angela Sullivan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Nancy's memory to Allegheny Valley School.
