He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma Jukes and Donald Jukes of Coraopolis, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Jukes; and his siblings, Donald Jukes (Ellen) of Imperial, Robert Jukes (Donna) of Center Township and Linda Paul (Gary) of Cape Coral, Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; numerous extended family members; and cherished friends.
Those wishing to honor Dick's memory are invited to make a memorial donation in his name to the National Glioblastoma Foundation in lieu of flowers.
