She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen "Doc" Henry and Thelma Henry (Llewellyn); her husband Sam Mamula; her children, Cindy Johnston and Scott Baker; her granddaughter Amanda; and her siblings, Jean Johnson (Fred), Doris Conley (Ray), Barbara Ely (Tom) and Ronald Henry (Roberta).
She is survived by: her children, David Wayne Johnston (Donna), Robert Baker, Michael Baker (Bobbie) and Kelli Jo Mason (Tony); and her grandchildren, Krystle, Brandon, Jay, Angie, Carrie, Tracey, Nicole and Jacob. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
