He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Miller; his sons, David Miller, Paul Miller (Diane) and Ronald Miller (Crystal); his grandchildren, Sarah, Danielle, Cristin, Thomas, Marissa, Lauren and Emma; and his great grandchild Crew.
