He is survived by: his girlfriend Pamela Bukta Dereta; his girlfriend's daughters, Stephanie and Natalie; his sisters, JoAnn Nichol (Ron) and Sue Phillips (Ed); his nephews, Richard Nichol (Liz) of California and Michael K. Nichol of Florida; his niece Jodi Haller (Brent) of Monaca; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brooke, Payton, Carri Gamache (Rob) of Bedford and Gini Baustart (Bob); Ava, Gianna, Cali, Chase, Alexa, Kasey, Zachary, Sydney, Madison and Leighton. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
